Viña de Latinas is a wine-centered networking circle rooted in culture, connection, and intentional community. Created for Latinas who love wine and crave real conversation, this space brings mujeres together to share stories, foster relationships, and pour into one another; glass by glass.
Our gatherings are about more than what’s in the glass. They’re about showing up fully, being seen, and building something lasting, together.
While Latinas are at the center of this space, everyone who aligns with our values is welcome.

Meet the Founder
Marinez Alvarado Rosales
Wine Enthusiast. Community Builder. Storyteller.
My journey with wine started long before I ever sipped a glass. As a young girl growing up in California’s Central Valley, I spent hot, dry summers working alongside my grandparents in the grapevines; picking and tipping grapes to help support my family and pay for school. The long days, the early mornings, the heat; it wasn’t easy. But it was the sense of comunidad that made it all meaningful and kept me coming back.
I never imagined I’d be someone who enjoyed wine; especially after spending my early years working the grapevines of California’s Central Valley. Back then, wine felt far removed from the hard labor I knew. But years later, my husband, Mauricio, introduced me to it in a completely different way. Through him, I discovered the beauty of wine: the way it invites connection, slows down time, and turns everyday moments into something meaningful. What started as casual sips turned into a true passion; one that’s stayed with me ever since.
But as my love for wine grew, I couldn’t help but notice how few spaces existed where Latinas could gather around it, authentically, intentionally, and unapologetically. I wanted to change that.
That’s what inspired me to create Viña de Latinas; a wine-centered space for Latinas to come together, uncork our stories, and pour into one another with purpose. It’s a space to be bold, be seen, and be deeply supported in comunidad.
Viña de Latinas is more than a love for wine; it’s a celebration of who we are, where we come from, and our right to take up space in places we haven’t always been seen. It’s about creating the community we deserve, and thriving in it together.
